For all lovers of zucchini, but for all those who practice LCHF way of eating, and they want some Bolognese. Or like at home on the second day of the second week 10% of diet (Meat and vegetables). Time of preparation: 1hour and very easy.
1 great onion,
pepper, oregano and spice for taste,
17.6 oz (500 gr) minced meat,
7 oz (200 gr) peeled tomatoes,
1 teaspoon of plum jam or blueberry,
2 cloves garlic,
First onions cut into small pieces and cook on oil, at the end add a pinch of salt and sugar, and mix for a little. Add minced meat, pepper spice and oregano, cook until the meat missed the liquid. Add peeled tomatoes (chopped or can be blended with stick blender). Finely cut the garlic and place in a sauce with a teaspoon of jam plum, then good mix and leave to cook until you get desired density of the sauce.
The zucchini take to wash and cut with a knife for peeling potatoes into strips, then cut lengthwise strips of the desired thickness. Add them in boiling water for 2 minutes. After they get boiled immediately remove them out and cool in cold water and wring well.
Serving: Zucchini serve with additional hot sauce although they are tasty when they are cold.
