Whole Wheat Bread

Around crunchy, soft inside

Ingredients:

1 egg,
2 cups whole wheat rye flour,
1/2 cup of corn flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
2 tablespoons sour cream,
2 tablespoons cheese (young or feta),
1 teaspoon salt,
1 cup of mineral water,
sesame,
cumin.

Preparation:

In a bowl, whisk egg, add sour cream, two kinds of flour, salt and cheese. If the cheese is enough salty then omit the salt. Knead with mineral water.

The density is about the same as for the fritters. Whisk well with wooden spoon and remove to a baking sheet that has been previously greased and warm in the oven.

Remove the dough with a spoon on a baking tray previously greased and warm in the oven. Sprinkle on the top with sesame and cumin, and bake at 392 ºF (200 ºC) for 20-25 minutes. Baked bread cover with kitchen towel to get soften!
