Wheat Biscuits
A little different biscuits with wheat flour and hazelnuts


14.1 oz (400 gr) wheat flour:
1 teaspoon baking powder,
3.5 oz (100 g)- 5.2 oz (150 g) sugar,
1 orange zest,
1 tablespoon orange juice,
7 oz (200 g) softened butter,
3.5 oz (100 gr) sour cream,
about 1.7 oz (150 g)- 2.4 oz (70 gr)coarsely chopped hazelnuts, milk for coating, chocolate glaze if desired.


1. Combine flour and baking powder. Then add the softened butter, sugar, orange zest, sour cream and orange Juice. Knead the dough.

2.On a lightly floured surface, spread the dough and intersect the mould of the desired shape. Coat the biscuits with milk and sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 356 ºF (180 ºC) for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool and spray with melted chocolate if desired.

Serving: If you do not have wheat flour, you can use the white flour. From this mixture comes out about 50 biscuits. You can make salt biscuits with seeds if desired…
