Very nice meal with spinach!

Very easy and healthy meal without meat I always make with joy. With domestic (I purchase) yogurt or sour cream this dish will get your enthusiasm!

Time of preparation: 30 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 people:

2.2 pounds (1 kg) spinach,
3 tablespoons rice,
1 onion,
1 and 1/2 cup of boiled water,
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
salt, pepper, red pepper (I’ve put large ground chilli),
2 tablespoons olive oil


Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut in small pieces. The cut onions fry finely in a heated olive oil. Then add the tomato sauce and mix until it leaves its aroma. Add spinach and simmer for 10 minutes. Wash rice, drain and add to the pot. Mix a few minutes and spice. Put water and cook over low heat until the rice is done.

Serving: Serve with yogurt.
