Ingredients for 2 people:
17.6 oz (500 g) chicken fillet,
2 handfuls of peas,
4 tablespoons of flour,
The onion and carrots cut into rings and fry in the oil. When the vegetables become tender, add chicken cut into small cubes. When the meat takes the colour, add water as much as you want to get. In the water, add the peas and cook. When everything is cooked spice and add roux (the way as you usually make or otherwise do not put a roux, it will be a “light” version .
How to make dumplings:
Mix flour, eggs and oil, add a little salt, all good mix and with a small spoon place in the soup. (For me, this recipe is great!) Dumplings are done in just a few minutes. And that’s it.
