Very Healthy Oat Biscuits
Quick and delicious biscuits in a better healthy version!!

Time of preparation: 20 minutes. Easy


1 egg,
1 tablespoon water,
2 tablespoons oil,
3-4 tablespoons,
½ teaspoon salt,
half a cup of integral flour,
1/2 cup of oat flakes,
1/4 cup chopped almonds,
cinnamon to taste


Stir the egg, water, oil, salt and honey. In another bowl, take the flour, oat flakes, almonds and cinnamon. Combine mixture. Preheat oven at 356°F(180 °C). Biscuit shape into balls and place on a baking paper and lightly make a hole upon to flatten. Then bake from 12 to 15 min.
