Unusual Bomb Cake

Bomb cake is like classic cake. Very similar, the difference is in a few ingredients and method of preparation.

Ingredients:

Bark,
6 eggs,
6 tablespoons sugar,
6 tablespoons flour,
12 tablespoons ground walnuts,
3.3 oz (100 ml) of oil,
baking powder

Cream:

6 egg yolks,
6 tablespoons sugar,
3.5 oz (100 g )melted dark chocolate,
8.8 oz (250 g) butter,
7 oz (200 g) of ground petit biscuits,
14.1 oz (400 g) ground walnuts,
7 oz (200 g) of orange juice or milk (optional)

Decoration:

6 egg whites,
18 tablespoons sugar

Preparation:

Whip the eggs with sugar very good and add the other ingredients.The mixture pour into the baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in pre-heated oven at 356 ºF (180 ºC) for about 20 minutes. For the cream, mix the yolks and sugar on a steam. Mix until the mixture did not get lighten. Melt the chocolate and add the egg yolks. Then when the dough get little cool mix the butter and add in the lukewarm cream. Add the crushed cookies, nuts and juice and mix with the mixer. Prepare the bowl, which has a rounded bottom. Lukewarm crust switch in a bowl and cut off the tops. Insert the cream and the remained crust cover over the cream. Leave in the refrigerator to squeezed the cake.

In the meantime prepare cream for decoration. Mix the egg whites, then place the mixture in a bowl where you mix on a steam and add sugar and mix. Gradually add sugar and mix until the sugar get melted and get wonderful mass. Remove from the heat and continue to mix until the cream has been cooled. With big plate cover the cake and turn. Remove bowl and garnish with a cream. After coating, strike lightly with the tip of a knife to get the appearance of spines. You can cut the cake!
