Turkey white meat with lemon

17.6 oz (500 gr)  turkey white meat without bones,
half a teaspoon of mint,
basil and marjoram,
2-3 tablespoons flour,
4-5 tablespoons olive oil,
3.4 oz (100 ml) of white wine,
the juice of 1 lemon


White turkey meat cut into steaks, salt them and sprinkle with a mixture of mint, basil and marjoram. Then roll them in flour and fry in hot olive oil. When the steaks on both sides nicely get browned, add the white wine, cover the pan and cook over low heat for about twenty minutes. When the wine evaporates sprayed steak with lemon juice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve with cooked vegetables.
