Traditional Pie with Potatoes and Spinach
If we want to know more about ingredients, the name says it all . I’ll just add that the preparation is quickly and for me as a spinach lover, this is the perfect combination.

Ingredients for one roll:

7 oz (200 g) of potatoes,
3.5 oz (100 g) spinach,
2 cloves of garlic,
to taste salt and pepper,
2 pieces crusts for pie.


Raw potatoes grate on large pieces. If using fresh spinach little boil and finely chop. If you use frozen, just defrost. Mix the potatoes with spinach, then add the grated garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Take one crust, sprinkle with oil. Place on it another crust and spread the filling and roll up a tight roll. I made smaller rolls: I sprayed each crust with oil, I made halves in width, so I placed the filling and then made rolls same like stuffed cabbage leaves. Finished rolls sprinkle with a little oil and bake at 392 ºF(200 ºC)for about 15-20 minutes.

Serving: Serve with yogurt or sour milk.
