INGREDIENTS:

2 equal salmon fillets,
salt,
pepper,
lemon,
1 bunch parsley,
1 teaspoon rosemary,
marjoram,
basil,
10 olives.

PREPARATION:

Take the first salmon fillet, spice it to one side with all spices, with half of the grated lemon and half of the chopped olives. Over this put the second fillet and repeat with spices, lemon and olives. Finally, with cooking yarn cover the fillets and place them in a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 392 ºF (200 ºC)
