Soup of young zucchini
INGREDIENTS:

2 young zucchini (400g),
1 tablespoon oil,
1 tablespoon flour,
4-5 stalks of dills,
juice of 1 lemon,
pepper, salt, marjoram

PREPARATION:

Peel the zucchini, cut into cubes and boil in salted water, no more than 10 minutes. Mix the oil and flour, add the cooked zucchini, pour with 1.5 liters of water, add the chopped dill, marjoram, salt and pepper and place on the heat to boil. Before serving put the lemon juice.
