Soup of Yellow Peas

1.5 cups of dried yellow peas,
67.6 oz (2 liters) of water,
17.6 oz (500 gr) of dried meat,
1 chopped leek ,
½ teaspoon marjoram,
1 tablespoon mustard


Pour dry peas with water and let them through overnight. Cook by removing the shell that they will be sorted out on the surface. Add dried meat, leeks and marjoram, cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Take meat out, cut into pieces, spices with mustard and serve separately.
