Salted Rice Cake

INGREDIENTS:

14.1 oz (400 gr) rice,
5 eggs,
5.3 oz (150 gr) cheese,
3.5 oz (100 gr) shelled pumpkin seeds,
7 oz (200 gr) sour cream,
1.7 oz (50 gr) butter,
1 celery root,
salt, ground pepper.

PREPARATION:

In a saucepan in 33.8 oz (1 liter) of water cook rice. Beat the eggs with a mixer, add the pumpkin seeds, grated cheese, grated celery root, salt, pepper and cream. All mix well and connect with the cooked and drained rice. Mold where you will form the cake brush with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour the already prepared ground. Bake in preheated oven at 482°F (250°C)  for 30 minutes. Put the cream in the syringe and decorate the cake.
