I made it for home celebration, and we liked it!

Time of preparation: 2 hours.

Ingredients for 12 people

  1. The first bark (yellow): 5 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites), pinch of salt, 5 tablespoons of flour (add a little baking powder), 3 tablespoons oil.
  2. Second bark (orange): 5 eggs (separate yolks from whites), pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons chutney, 5 tablespoons of flour (add a little baking powder), 3 tablespoons oil.

Crust with poppy seeds:

6 egg whites,
pinch of salt,
2 tablespoons poppy seeds,
5 tablespoons of flour (add a little baking powder),
3 tablespoons oil

Phil:

17.6 oz (500 g) of cottage cheese,
10.5 oz (300 g) sour cream,
7 oz (200 g) mayonnaise,
10.5 oz (300 grams) of cooked ham (or something similar.) finely chopped,
10.5 oz (300 g) finely chopped cucumbers.

Decoration:

Several peppers in a variety of colours,
cherry tomatoes,
red and yellow,
olive,
cooked quail eggs,
parsley,
grated cheese etc..

Preparation the Yellow crust:

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the egg yolks. With spatula carefully united, and add oil and flour. Baking paper put on a large baking tray (15.7 inches (40 cm) x 12.5 inches (32 cm)), and on it spread the dough. Put in the oven to bake at 180 degrees. The bark is very fast baked, maybe ten minutes, especially if you turn on the ventilator, it helps the hot air flowing from all sides and then the dough is baked evenly. Baked crust allow to cool, and cut to length, so we obtain two sheets, each will be 7.8 inches (20 cm) x 12.5 inches (32 cm).

Orange peel:

Everything is the same as the yellow peel, just need to add chutney. And cut the bark to get two.

Bark Poppy:

For this bark is necessary to peel baking paper to draw a rectangle measuring 7.8 inches (20 cm) x 12.5 inches (32 cm), maybe even a little higher, so spread the dough on it (the snow egg whites, add salt, poppy seeds, oil, and flour mixed with a little baking powder). This crust is baked, and crop, on the given dimensions. Because this bark is one piece, I put in the centre (unfortunately, I did not have poppy in the grain, and it was not pretty to look at, this mine, milled, gave the gray and ‘earthy’ ‘look, which fortunately did not impact on taste, it was delicious).

Filling:

Cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise mix, add a little salt and pepper, and the mixture immediately divided into two parts. In one part add chopped cucumbers, and in the second ham.

Arrange the cake:

In a tray put the first yellow bark and half filling with ham, orange peel, and half of the fill with cucumbers, crust with poppy seeds, and the other half filling with ham. Then again, the other orange peel, and filling with cucumbers, another yellow bark … whole cake cover with the rest of the cream and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours.

Decorate the next day. I think that the all barks were more clearly and better viewed, than I described here with my words….
