3 eggs,
6.3 oz (180 grams) sugar
4.2 oz (120 grams) flour,
2 teaspoon baking powder,
1.6 oz (0.5 dl) milk,
marmalade depending on the taste,
fresh fruit,
powdered sugar.


First turn the oven to 480º F (250 ºC) to allow enough time to warm up.
Beat the eggs and sugar to become beautiful light yellow mixture.
Add the baking powder and mix a little with a mixer.
Add flour and milk and mix nicely and very slowly.
Place greaseproof paper on a baking tray 11.8 x 15.7inch (30×40 cm).
Pour mixture into baking tray and makes it be about the same size as baking tray.
Reduce the temperature of the oven to 435 ºF  (225 ºC) and bake rolls 5 to 7 minutes.
Quickly go near the oven and you must be very careful.
On the table put new greaseproof paper with sugar.
When the roll is finished you can remove from the oven and you turn over to the other paper. You can remove the first paper.
For easier removable of the paper you can sprinkle a cold water.
You can put the cream and create from the longest side the rolls.
Allow to cool. Mix to make the sweet cream.
When the rolls are cooled, you cut into pieces and arrange as a pyramid. First arrange one roll, cover with whipped cream, again another roll etc ……

Decorate with fresh fruit and finally sprinkle with sugar or powder sugar and also can be sprayed with melted chocolate.
