Ingredients: 3-4 cup 6.7 oz (2 dl) of rice,
1.5-2 cup 6.7 oz (2 dl) peas,
seasoning to taste and pepper,
2 tablespoons margarine,
1 cube of beef soup.
Onions chop first in machine and stew in a little oil to become sweet. Then add washed rice. Pour water to cover the rice and cook over low heat along adding water and mixing occasionally.
When the rice slightly softens add up peas, pour the water and continue cooking with adding water and mixing occasionally until the rice and peas getting cook. To taste add spices and pepper.
When the rice and peas are cooked, remove from heat and add the butter and bouillon cube. All stir well until the butter and bouillon cube get melted.
