8.8 pounds (4 kg) red tomato,
1 tablespoon mixture of Italian spices,
1 tablespoon salt,
1 teaspoon sugar,
1/4 celery,
2 oz (60 ml) oil, parsley,
3-4 hot peppers


First washed tomato peel and chopped into large pieces. Put in a saucepan and a leave to boil for about 1 hour, then add the spices, hot peppers, celery and let gently simmering on the fire more for about 30 minutes, if necessary using hand mixer and all mix together. By the end add the oil and parsley. Then hot pour it into hot jars!
