Pizza from my mother….

Time of preparation:  1 hour and 30 minutes, Easy

Ingredients for 6 people:

Dough:

10.5 oz (30 dag) flour,
10.5 oz (30 dag) flour,
teaspoon dried oregano,
pinch of salt,
3-4 tablespoons olive oil,
6.7 oz (200 ml) – 8.4 oz (250 ml) of lukewarm water,
a cube of fresh yeast,
1 tablespoon sugar for the yeast,
1 tablespoon flour for yeast,
a little lukewarm water.

Topping:

2.1 oz (60 g) of cheese,
21.1 oz (60 dag) bacon pizza

Dressing:

8.4 oz (2.5 dl) ketchup,
5 oz (1/2 dl) water,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning Kotany.

Preparation:

Preheated the oven to 356 °F (180 °C). Stir a cube of yeast with a spoon of sugar and flour and a little water. Let the yeast rise. Mix all the ingredients for the dough, add the risen yeast and mix. Divide the dough into 2 parts, and allow for 15 minutes to rise. Roll out the dough, put it in a greased pan, put together a ham and cheese and pour over the half-ketchup sauce. Pizza bake for about 20 – 30 minutes!
