Ingredients:

4 eggs,

1/2 tsp salt,

7 tablespoons flour,

1/2 tablespoon of baking soda,

7 oz (200 grams) sour cream,

1 tablespoon mayonnaise,

6 boiled eggs,

6 pieces of spring onion but only feathers.

Preparation:

Beat eggs with salt. Then add the cream and mayonnaise and mix. Baking soda mix with the flour and add the eggs then mix together. Chopped boiled eggs and put them in a plate together with a feather of the onion. Take pan No. 24th and brush it with oil and flour it.

Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, add the rest of the boiled eggs to mix together the mixture and transfer the mixture into a baking pan. Bake at  374ºF (190ºC).
