Pesto and Meat – Combination of Dreams

Festive lunch prepared for a moment. This combination to you will open your senses and your gums will be smooth to infinity.

2 boneless beef

10.5 oz (300 g) pasta

1.7 oz (50 g) almonds

2 cloves garlic

3.4 oz (100ml) olive oil

Fresh basil and parsley

3.5 oz (100 g) Gouda Cheese

Salt, pepper, spices

2 tablespoons sour cream


Boil pasta in salted water with olive oil. While pasta is boiled, knock the meat, put salt, pepper and spice to taste and bake it on the teflon pan.

First roast the meat covered, to let the juice, then bake it to get a nice color.

In a blender place the almonds, basil and olive oil. Pesto pour it over the pasta, add the meat from the side and through it all grate gouda cheese. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
