Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: It is necessary:

10.5 oz (300 grams) mushrooms of your choice,
1 leek,
1 tablespoon vegetable spice,
16.9 oz (500 ml) of milk,
2 tablespoons flour,
some parsley

Preparation:

On hot oil fry leeks and mushrooms, add vegetable spices, parsley, flour and pour the milk. Cook for about 15 minutes, so with hand blender grind it all. (If you have a dry mushrooms put a little of them at the end). If the soup thick add a little water.

Serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
