Vanilla rolls, biscuits on the machine and salted cakes were used often, but cakes with cream were only used for special occasions, this recipe is one of them

Ingredients:

Bark,
4.9 oz (140 g) plain flour,
4.9 oz (140 g) sugar,
3.5 oz (100 g) butter,
1 egg yolk,
2 tablespoons water

Phil:

4 egg yolks,
5.2 oz (150 g) sugar,
3.5 oz (100 g) ground walnuts,
3 tablespoons flour,
5 egg whites snow

Cream:

3.5 oz (100 g) sugar,
5.2 oz (150 g) butter,
1 egg yolk,
1 vanilla sugar,
4 tablespoons cold coffee

Preparation:

Mix the flour, sugar and egg yolks margarine water and knead the dough and leave for 1 hour in refrigerate. 5 egg whites make snow, then foam blended sugar and egg yolks and add the flour and nuts and all unite together, put on each piece with crust and bake at 356 ºF(180 ºC) for about 30 minutes, try with a toothpick when is clean the cake is baked. Foam blended sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine add egg yolk and chilled coffee, cream cake and coated by a light sprinkle of walnuts, The pan is 20 + 40, it should be lightly coated with flour and sprinkle!
