Moist Succulent Delicious Chocolate Brownies!!
Very nice juicy brownies with chocolate and grits soaked with cooked sweetened cream and topped with a beautiful glaze of sweet cream and chocolate.


3 eggs (larger),
3.5 oz (100 g) chocolate,
3.5 oz (100 g) butter (or margarine),
3.5 oz (100 g) sugar,
1.7 oz (50 g) semolina,
1.7 oz (50 g) flour,
1.7 oz (50 g) kefir (or yogurt),
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (original),
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
2 tablespoons bourbon vanilla sugar.

For soaking the cake

50.7 oz (1/2 litre) sweet cream,
1.7 oz (50 g) sugar

For the glaze

3.5 oz (100 g) chocolate,
1.6 oz (50 ml) cream


Beat eggs with sugar and add the other ingredients for the cake. Unite, pour the mixture into a small pan (coated with grease). Bake in preheated oven at 356 ºF (180 ºC) for 20 – 25 minutes. Baked cake stick in several places and pour the hot cream. Cool the cake. Chilled brownies coat with chocolate glaze.

For coating the cake warm up the sweet cream with sugar to boiling point. Melt the chocolate and butter.
