Miss Zucchini (on my way)!
When you have a special diet like me, it would be boring to force yourself to eat the same things again. That’s why I invent new recipes and combining various ingredients, so in that way was created this simple, but really tasty appetizer. Of course, the ingredients that I use are only suggestions, I’m sure it will turn out great recipe if you replace/add some ingredients. I’m putting it here more as an idea. I hope you will enjoy!
Ingredients for 3 people:
2 cloves of garlic,
1 large onion,
beaten hot pepper,
a little tomato sauce (optional),
Preparation of the ingredients:
Zucchini cut into slices of medium thickness – Chop the onion and salt it. Chop tomatoes into cubes. Carrots cut into thin slices or shredded. In oil fry the onion until soft. Add chopped tomatoes and carrots and cover. Stir occasionally. If desired, add the tomato sauce to better connect components (but not too much, should not be flowing). When all tender, add spices to taste. I put spices, pepper, beaten hot pepper and basil. In the end, add the chopped garlic and little left in the fire. Fry zucchini in oil. I personally cover them while I prepare for getting nicer taste and get softer and I use spices: dill and salt.
Serving: Sort zucchini on a plate, put the vegetables from above and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy!
