Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:for 2 persons

6 medium potatoes,
1 tablespoon butter
half glass milk
1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:

Peel potatoes, cut them into slices, put in a saucepan, add water to cover the potatoes, put salt, cover. Cook  until it boils, then reduce to 1/3 and cook for about 20 minutes. Strain the potatoes and mash them well. Add the butter, milk and all mix with a spoon until become well connected.
