Liquid Therapy-Smoothie with Mango, Pineapple and Turmeric

Inclusion of superfood in tasty recipes is a challenge that I meet daily. Turmeric is one of those super food that is so healthy that is no longer a question of whether should be eat. However, it has very powerful taste that I’m not used. This smoothie is made according to a recipe that is very simple, delicious and, most importantly, totally cover the taste of turmeric

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped mango,
1 cup chopped pineapple,
2 cups water,
1 cup of Greek yogurt,
1 tablespoon turmeric powder,
1 teaspoon vanilla powder,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 teaspoon of hemp seeds,
1/4 cup straw berry,
1 teaspoon coconut chips

Preparation:

The seeds of Indian hemp can be replaced with other seeds, but know that blending have to be long or you’ll have to use stronger blender to seed united with fluid. This recipe of course you can adapt to what you have in the kitchen, just do not leave out the cinnamon and vanilla that give balance┬átaste of turmeric, which then do not takes over the taste.
