Peaches first wash and peel the skin. We peel them, by putting them briefly in boiling water. Then skin almost falls alone.
From the size of peaches depends on how you will chop them. I like bigger pieces. Place in the appropriate pan, and place in a preheated oven. Add sugar immediately, or wait for the fruit little warm.
Stir occasionally I cooked in the oven for approximately 2 hours. Half an hour before the end add the juice of one large lemon and grated lemon peel.
Finished jam, stir approximately for a half an hour. It became more thickened. So if you think it is rare, it will be thickened later.
