Time of preparation:
olive oil (extra virgin)
First cook the pasta according to the usual procedure, drain with cold water. Second chop the clove garlic, fresh parsley, ham, add a bit of yogurt, cream and olive oil.
Add pepper and add one grain salt (in the real mean of the word), for a better taste. Stir this coating and mix with finely cooked pasta.
I didn’t tell you the measure, because, as usual, I prepare for one person. Quantities can be easily determined to be all together, and to be enough toppings.
