Greek Ice Cream!
Wonderful and easy treat for hot days  …

Time of preparation: 10 minutes.

Ingredients 10 people:
1 cup cream,
1/2 cup sugar,
3 bananas ,
1 cup  wafer
2 teaspoons gelatin.

First, whisk the cream and sugar with a mixer. In a glass pour water and add the gelatine and then mix well. Allow 5 minutes to get tighten.

After five minutes, pour the gelatin, previously beaten cream and whisk again.

Chop finely third cream of bananas and wafers. Then all add to the cream and stir with a spoon. At the end, put on a plate and garnish depending of your choice. After that, put in a refrigerator.
