For the glaze:
3.5 oz (100 grams) chocolate,
1 teaspoon cocoa,
5-6 tablespoons milk,
1 tablespoon butter.
2 oz (50-60 grams) coconut flour, marmalade optionally.
These are very soft and delicious cookies, and from this dose you can make a lot. I have otherwise written recipe but with lack of certain ingredients like my mother made on one occasion, and she showed that this recipe is better-tasting than mine. Therefore, I give you this, with this composition.
Fat melt and leave to cool slightly. Of all the ingredients we make dough, from which we make a peel and we create cookies with mold. We put on the oiled pan and bake at 392ºF (200ºC) slightly to become rosy.
After cooling, we glue with jam, so immersed in chocolate glaze and at the end into coconut flour. For glaze we put butter and milk over low heat to melt butter, we add the cocoa and the blocks of chocolate.
Cup is 150 ml. I used egg molds from molds for cakes.
