4.4 oz (125 gr) butter or pudding,
7 oz (200 gr) chocolate, if necessary powdered sugar.
For the egg yolks on vapor:
5 tablespoons sugar.
For the coating peels:
6.7 oz (200 ml) cream,
1 white chocolate,
2 tablespoons peanut butter,
Necessary and 6.7 oz (200 ml) sweet cream.
We make solid cream with egg whites and sugar, then we add the broken biscuits and cocoa we mix with a spoon. Bake in pan to 220 degrees. We make two more of such dough.
Preparation of egg whites on vapor: Beat the egg whites with sugar. We boil on vapor the cream on medium temperature until get thickness.
Preparation of the 1st cream: Half of the milk with the sugar we put to boil in the remaining densities dissolve and add the hot milk to get thick when you add heavy cream and chocolate goes to the cooled cream. When the cream has cooled we united with the previously whipped margarine with half of the egg yolks on vapor. We try it if necessary to add powdered sugar and mix again and add chopped walnuts or hazelnuts to your wish.
Preparation of the 2nd cream: In half of the milk add sugar and leave to boil. In the remaining we mix pudding and add to the boiling milk and mix until get density we add chocolate, mix to get melt and remove aside to get cool. Cold cream we combine with previously whipped margarine with remaining egg on vapor, we check whether enough sweet cream if necessary to add powdered sugar.
Preparation of the coating peel: the sweet cream we heat, but be careful not to be boiled. Add the chocolate and peanut butter mix to get melt. We take off to get cool and when it is cooled we mix with mixer to get thick. And we coated the peels.
The way of filling: Peel, half of the 1st cream, a one layer of mixed sweet cream, the peel, the whole 2nd cream, the peel, and the second half of the 1st cream, beautifully smooth and if somehow remain a cream decorate as you wish.
