Ingredients 6 people:
33.8 oz (1 litre) puree watermelon,
3 bags of vanilla pudding,
6 tablespoons sugar,
grated chocolate or chocolate drops
Clean the watermelon from the bark and seeds as much as needed to obtain sieving 33.8 oz (1l) juice.Remove the 8 tablespoons of juice and mix with the powder of 3 vanilla pudding and 6 tablespoons of sugar.Place the juice to cook on the fire and when it boils pour a mixture of sugar and pudding and cook with constantly mixing approximately 2-3 minutes until you reach the desired consistency.
