Fruit Miracle!

This recipe is for all….

Time of preparation: 20 minutes, easy


5 eggs,
15 tablespoons sugar,
2 cups milk,
1 cup of olive oil,
20 tablespoons flour,
1 packet baking powder,
1 packet of vanilla sugar,
1-3.3 pounds (1.5 kg) of fruit (preferably use a combination of peaches and plums)


Whisk egg yolks with 7.5 tablespoons sugar, whisk the egg whites with the remaining sugar in a foamy snow. In the whipped egg whites add whipped egg yolks, and other ingredients (milk, oil, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar). Fruit cut and peel if necessary. Sprinkle the fruit with little sugar and bread crumbs or flour. The baking pan slightly oiled, then shake out the biscuit and through the biscuit “throw” the fruit out of order.

Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 356 ºF (180 ºC )
