Fried Chicken

21.1 oz (600 gr) fillet of white chicken meat,
2-3 eggs,
bread crumbs as needed (about 20 tablespoons),
½ lemon juice salt


Chicken meat cut into steaks, tumble down slowly the meat, spices with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Let stand for half an hour before frying. In one plate mix the eggs in another plate put the bread crumbs.

Every steak roll first in bread crumbs, then in egg and bread crumbs again. Fry in hot oil until get golden brown color on the both sides (about 3-5 minutes on each side). Serve with rice, boiled vegetables and salad.
