17.6 oz (500 g) of chicken white meat,
17.6 oz (500 g) potatoes,
1.7 oz (50 g) butter,
5.2 oz (150 g) Trappista cheese,
First turn on the oven to 392 ºF(200 ºC ). Baking dish greased with butter. Potato peel, chop it on rings, put in greased baking sheet, in some places coated with butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices to taste. Make chicken fillets and sprinkle with spices. Tomato cut into slices. Chop the Trappista cheese. Over potatoes sort the chicken, coated with butter and put it to bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes baking, cover the chicken with tomato slices, salt again, return to oven for 10 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese, turn off the oven and bake another 5-6 minutes, just to get cheese melted.
Serving: Casserole serve with a seasonal salad or with sour milk / yogurt.
