Coconut Smoothie !
Refreshing and healthy, and still delicious …

Time of preparation: 5 minutes.

Ingredients for 1 person:

1/2 zucchini,
small banana,
small apple,
one or two hands (full) blackberries,
black and red cranberry,
strawberry …
whatever you have and you can put few leaves of a fresh mint,
1-2 cup organic cocoa,
1 / 2-1 cup wheat grass,
1 cup poppy powder,
coconut water ..


First place all solid, and then the liquid ingredients and blended … Add the “powder” ingredients. Finally, blended little more and enjoy;-)


I like thicker smoothie, of course you can put more coconut water and serve it in a glass … I always cool the meal well,  because it is more tasty and mainly I add “crushed cocoa grains, prune pits or apricot …
