Chocolate muffins


2 eggs,
6.3 oz (180 grams) sugar,
6 oz (180 ml) milk,
3.5 oz (100 grams) chocolate,
3.5 oz (100 grams) butter,
9 oz (260 grams) flour,
3 teaspoons cocoa,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 bag of baking powder.


In a deep bowl on the fire we put to melt chocolate, margarine and milk. When this mixture is ready move to get cool.
Mix the eggs with the sugar until the sugar get melt. Then add inside with constant stirring the liquid mixture. Then in the mixture you drilled previously united flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Mix with a spoon or wire stirring.
In the mold for muffins you put paper baskets, each of them are not filled to the limit but less 0.2 inch (5 millimeters). Thus prepared press the preheated oven at 180 degrees 15-20 minutes.
From this mixture you can make 15-16 muffins.
