Chocolate Liqueur

While in the 4th century Aztecs were preparing chocolate drink, until today there are so many hot and cold versions.
Neither this home made liquor with its sweetness combined with rum is not inferior to others. The right lady’s drink, but not exclusive.

Time of preparation 30min and easy.

Ingredients: for 20 people,

33.8 oz (1 liter) milk,
10.5 oz (300 gr) sugar,
16.9 oz (500 ml) white rum,
1 chocolate pudding ,
3.5 oz (100 gr) cocoa powder ,
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar .

Preparation:

Pudding and cocoa pour in 10 oz (300 ml) of cold milk, and remaining milk boil. In the boiling milk, add sugar, vanilla sugar and briefly boil until the sugar get melted.  Add pudding and cocoa and mix them with a spoon for 2-3 minutes. In the hot mixture, add rum, mix and get cooled. The cooled liquor pour into the appropriate bottle and place it in a cool place.

Serving: Chocolate liquor serve with ice cubes. A warm drink before adding the alcohol serve to the children.

Advice: The liqueur  occasionally shake. If you want fewer of liquor you can reduce the amount of rum and sugar, and increase the amount of milk.
