6 tablespoons sugar,
6 tablespoons flour,
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon baking powder,
4 egg yolks,
3.5 oz (100 grams) of powdered sugar,
3.5 oz (100 grams) of chocolate,
4.4 oz (125 grams) of butter,
4 egg whites,
10.5 oz (300 grams) sugar,
1.7 oz (50 ml) water
1. First dough is made of 6 eggs, 6 tablespoon sugar, 6 tablespoon flour, 4 tablespoon cocoa and 1 baking powder. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 392ºF (200ºC) for 20 minutes.
2. For the cream – 4 egg beat with 100 grams of sugar on steam and add the chocolate, when you finish you move the cream from the fire and leave to cool. Then make foam from mixing margarine and add the cream spoon by spoon.
3. For the second dough – mix 300 g. sugar with 50 ml of water to boil and then gradually added to the previously 4 egg whites mixed with a pinch of salt. And you mix it until the mixture is cool, this is actually when you make a champion cake.
4. Finally you cut the cake into 4 parts and start with filling. It should be put the first dough and fill with egg yolks then cream with egg whites and dough again and so on repeat procedure. It is decorated with a fondant mixture.
