Chocolate Cake With Cranberries
INGREDIENTS For the dough:

4 eggs,
4 tablespoons sugar,
4 tablespoons flour,
½ baking powder,
7 oz (200 g) butter,
3.5 oz (100 g) chocolate.

For the filling:

8.4 oz (250 ml) cream,
7 oz (200 g)dark chocolate,
10.5 oz (300 g) cranberries
2 tablespoons sugar.


Mix the egg yolks with the sugar with a mixer, add the melted butter and chocolate, then flour mixed with baking powder. All stir to be well connected and stir gently with a spoon the snow from the egg whites.
Bake in a pan, in the oven at 355 ºF (180 ºC ) for about 20 – 30 minutes. While the dough is baking, take the cranberries to blended and then strain them through a colander. Warm the sweet cream and chocolate and add the prepared berries and mix gently until it boils. Remove the fill from the heat. Baked dough needle with a fork in several places and while it is still warm topped it with prepared hot filling. Allow to cool and put in the fridge to take a rest for 2-3 hours before serving.
