Chocolate Biscuit – Recipe

Chocolate biscuits – required materials

The ingredients you need for a cookie:

For Cookies

  • 2 Cup (440 gr )Powered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup (340 gr)   Butter
  • 3 Cup (660 gr)  Flour
  • 3/4 Cup (90 gr)  unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

For Buttercream

  • 1 Stick (120 gr)Butter
  • 1/2 Cup (120 gr) Shortening
  • 1 Pound (450 gr)of Powered Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup (90 gr) Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 3-5 Tbls Milk

Chocolate biscuit – making process

Heat the oven to 320ºF-330ºF (160ºC-165ºC). During this time in a bowl put powdered sugar and melted margarine and mix it. Add the flour, cocoa and vanilla. Knead the dough with your hands. Share the mass into 2 parts. Add layers on the surface of the dough around 15 mm thick. Make the biscuits with a cup. You can also create two rolls of dough with a knife and cut circles of a few millimeters. Arrange the circles in a baking pan which you lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. When baked, let it cool down and start preparing chocolate cream.

In a bowl put margarine (butter) and lard and mix with a mixer until foamy. Add the mass to this one by one cup of sugar and stir constantly. Then add the milk and then cocoa. In a bag for decorating, with flat extension pour the resulting chocolate cream. Apply it on a chocolate cookie in layers, to get the look of roses as shown. But we leave you alone to figure out how you want to decorate this dessert on your own. We recommend that you first place the cream in a bag and then in the fridge for 15 minutes to get a little stretched.
Chocolate biscuits are better served with coffee or tea.
