Ingredients: It is necessary :
24.7 oz (700 grams) biscuits flavored butter,
22 oz (650 ml) of chocolate milk,
6.3 oz (180 grams) sugar,
5.3 oz (150 grams) ground hazelnuts,
7 oz (200 gr) dark chocolate,
7 oz (200 grams) butter
For the cream:
10.5 oz (300 grams) dark chocolate,
17.7 oz (500 grams) cream
Chocolate milk, sugar, butter, chocolate and ground hazelnuts put on a low flame and stir the mixture until become equal. Biscuits break into bigger pieces , pour mix. Gently stir with a wooden spoon.
Round mold for the cake covered with foil and pour the prepared mixture. Cake flatten with a spoon and leave to cool for 20 minutes. Weight: easy, for: 18 persons. Preparation time: 45 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with the cream over low heat with constant stirring to the mixture smooth.
Pour the prepared mixture over the cake and leave for about 60 minutes to cool to room temperature, and then try!
