For the marinade:
3 tablespoons yogurt,
3 tablespoons sour cream,
3 tablespoons oil,
3 tablespoons ketchup,
3 tablespoons mustard,
3 tablespoons soy sauce,
3 cloves finely chopped garlic,
3 teaspoons honey,
1 teaspoon dried parsley,
1 teaspoon oregano,
1 teaspoon turmeric,
2 tablespoons chili sauce,
2 teaspoons dried vegetable spices.
Preparation: for 6 people, Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Chicken wings wash and left to dry to from the water.
Marinade: In a deep pot put: sour milk, sour cream, oil, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, chopped garlic, honey, parsley, oregano, turmeric, dried vegetable spices and chili sauce (chili sauce may be omitted if you don’t eat hot pepper).
Mixture, with spoon well unite. In a prepared marinade put chicken winglets, one by one and put in the prepared marinade. Cover and leave in the fridge to rest for two hours.
At the bottom of a large pan of electric stove, put baking paper and spread chicken wings, together with marinade.
Put to bake in preheated oven at 392ºF(200ºC). When become golden brown, remove the pan, turn the wings, reduce the temperature to 374ºF (190ºC) and let the wings to get rosy color on the other side. Serve it with addition of your choice.
