Cherry Syrup (Without Boiling)

35.2 oz (1 kg) cherries,
26.4 oz (750 gr) Sugar,
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar.


Already is coming the season of cherries, so let us have this recipe perhaps someone wants to prepare this cherry syrup without digestion. Pure juice.

Clean the cherries from the seeds, add sugar, vinegar and stir occasionally until the sugar get melt. The next day, once the sugar is melted, strain and collect into the bottles.This is pure cherry juice, in small liquid of juice you can pour water and drink.

The rest of cherry pick in the freezer – you’ll use them for a cake or you can cook a jam. I love to collect the syrup in a small bottles.
