I love it…


1 egg,
12.3 oz (350 g) sugar,
12.3 oz (350 g) of carrots,
14.1 oz (400 g) flour,
1 cup oil,
1 cup milk,
1 and 1/2 baking powder,
3.5 oz (100 g) raisins,
1 lemon (zest),
1 vanilla sugar,
powder for gingerbread


Mix sugar and egg… Add finely grated carrots, oil and flour with baking powder and milk … At the end, add the washed raisins, grated lemon peel, powder and gingerbread vanilla sugar …good mix and pour into pan and bake 40 minutes at 392 ºF(200 ºC)…
