Cake with Plums

Time of preparation:  50 minutes

Ingredients: for the biscuit:

1 egg,
6.7 oz (200 ml) sugar,
6.7 oz (200 ml) of oil,
5 oz (150 ml) of milk,
15.2 oz (450 ml) flour,
0.1 oz (5 grams) of baking powder and more: 4 tablespoons plum jam, plums 12-15 pieces (depending on size)

Crumbly dough:

2.4 oz (70 g) cold butter,
2.4 oz (70 g) flour,
0.7 oz (20 g) sugar,
1 vanilla sugar,
pinch of salt.


Whisk the egg, sugar and oil, then add the milk. Add the flour, mixed with baking powder.  Pour the mixture into the pan, with butter and sprinkled with flour. Use for above plum jam. Then put the plums, cut into quarters. Combine the ingredients for the crumbly dough and spread over fruit. Bake in preheated oven at 356 ºF (180 ºC).

Cool the finished cake and cut into pieces!
