Broccoli Salad With Yogurt
1 large head of broccoli,
16.9 oz (500ml) yogurt (one or sour cream),
4 cloves of garlic,
0.3 inch (1 cm) ginger root,
1 bunch parsley leaves,
salt and pepper depending to taste.
wash the broccoli, remove the flowers, clean the outer part of the stem, put everything in boiled water and boil for 10 minutes or less. Drain the water and let the broccoli cool. Cut finely garlic, ginger and parsley, add spices to taste and mix with yogurt. Pour the cooled broccoli with prepared topping and gently stir.
