5.2 oz (150g) flour,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
3.5 oz (100g) powder sugar,
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar,
1 egg,
1 large tablespoon milk,
3.5 oz (100g) butter (at room temperature),
1.7oz  (50 g) roasted almonds.


This idea for ​​teddy bears became from the Internet and the entire picture fit when I got the small bear for the gift. You can imagine what joy were these cookies for the guys at home. They made stories with them, placed them next to each other and finally they ate those delicious biscuits. This joy has no end.

For a long time I was looking for a suitable recipe not to allow to rise the cookies too much and not to be changed the form of teddy bears so here goes this preparation: In the deeper bowl mix the melted butter and powdered sugar. With mixer nicely blend the ingredients. Add the egg yolk, vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of milk. Blend again. Finally add the flour mixed with baking powder. By hand knead nice smooth dough. Put it in a plastic foil and leave briefly in the refrigerator.

From the cooled dough with roling pin make a peel with a thickness of approximately 4-5 mm and with the mold of the bear form the biscuits. In the middle of each bear put one almond and fold good hands of teddy bear.

With a toothpick make an eyeballs and the nose to each bear. Bake very short, because in my oven I baked for 10 minutes at 170-180 degrees. Biscuits should remain white and do not change the color. After baking they look soft but by cooling they become harder.
