Banana Bread with Raspberries! You Must Try it!

Banana bread is actually a cake that is made with overripe bananas. This recipe is added as a modification and it can be made with other fruits, in this case, I used raspberry and blackberry.. As longer (if you manage to hide it ) as you keep it is going to be much better, and good as a pancake with coffee or for the trips …

Time of preparation: 2 hours

Ingredients for 6 people:

2 cups of flour,
baking powder (3/4 teaspoon baking soda),
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 cup sugar,
4 tablespoons butter (about 2.2 oz (65 g)) – half package,
2 large eggs,
3 small bananas,
1/3 cup yogurt,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 cup dark chocolate,
chopped,
broken or finished berries,
1 cup raspberries

Preparation:

In a bowl whip the flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk at medium speed softened butter and sugar. With constant whipping add in the following order: eggs, bananas, yogurt and vanilla.  “Wet” content is added to the “dry” content (the flour and salt). Then lightly whip. Add chocolate and raspberry with gently mixing. Coat the baking sheet with baking paper. The contents pour into the pan and put in preheated oven to 356 ºF (180 ºC) at 60-70 minutes. (I’ve baked for much longer, until the toothpick showed sticky middle). When the cake is already cooked, leave to be cool in a pan for about 15 minutes and pull the cake to be completely cool.
