Baked Pasta with Cottage Cheese
Quick, fine, creamy and rich cheese…. One of my favourite dishes, because of a lot of cheese.

Time of preparation: 1 hour, Easy

Ingredients for 6 people:

2.8 oz (80 g) fusilli pasta,
1 kg of cottage cheese,
7.9 oz (225 g) sour cream 12% fat,
1 tablespoon spices,
salts optionally

Dressing:

2 eggs,
7.9 oz (225 g) sour cream 12% fat,
little spice,

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in water (salted and oiled). Mix the cheese, cream, spices and add salt if necessary. In that put drained cooked pasta and well mixed. The composition of cheese and pasta place on a greased baking sheet. Whisk the eggs, cream and little spices and pour over the mixture of cheese and pasta. Pasta with cottage cheese is baked around 30 minutes in the oven at 356 ºF (180 °C).
